- The first step is to go to the official web portal of Gangtok Municipal Corporation and here click on online service. You need to register first and then proceed to pay property tax.

- In the first section enter login details like name, gender, user ID, password, UID / UID, email ID, and mobile number.
- Next in the second section enter your residential address details as city/village, district, state, country, pin code, and other.
- Now you need to Tick on the statement that all details provided in the registration form are true in all respects and then click on the Submit button.
- You will receive a User ID and password after registration and login with the user ID and password.
- Click to pay property tax service and then enter your property address, name of the owner, etc. Next, you need to select the mode of payment and click to Pay Now button.
- Note down the Transaction ID after payment of property tax used for future reference.
