How to Pay Property/ Building Tax in Kozhikode Municipal Corporation?
- The user needs to make registration before payment of property tax online on Kozhikode Municipal Corporation. Open the official web portal of KMC by clicking here => https://kozhikodecorporation.lsgkerala.gov.in
- Here you need to click on Property Tax given in the E-Services option on the right side of the page. It will open a new page on your screen and select the Property Tax E- E-Payment option.

- After successful payment of property tax, it will generate an acknowledgment slip mentioning the transaction number and date. The acknowledgment slip is received for future reference.
- If you forget your password then go to the below link for a new password. Enter your email ID and give the security code then click on the Submit button. After verification of your email ID, you will receive the new password to log in.
