Municipal Corporation- MC Karnal (www.mckarnal.org) lined up the inauguration of the Karnal Smart City App by the former Chief Minister Manohar Lal and praised him. The Karnal Smart City app has so far been downloaded by just over 500 people from the Google Play Store. According to the 2011 census, Karnal’s population is 15 lakh 5 thousand 3 hundred and 24. Accordingly, the Karnal Smart App has been downloaded by very few people. Perhaps the municipal corporation has not made any special effort to reach the app since the beginning of the app from the chief minister.
This app was made by Ludhiana’s Pragyaware Informatics Private Limited Company. However, according to the Karnal Smart City App, Jashandeep Singh Randhawa is the same as Karnal’s Superintendent of Police, though Jashandeep Singh has been transferred more than 10 days to Randhawa. Now the new SP of Karnal is Surendra Singh Bhoria. Rajiv Mehta has been appointed as the new Commissioner of Karnal Municipal Corporation, replacing Priyanka Soni. However, the Karnal Nagar Nigam Smart City App is still showing the Municipal Commissioner’s name as Priyanka Soni on the app.
Pay MC Karnal Property Tax Online Through the City App
- In the section announcement section of the App, the old information about the chief minister’s camera inauguration and the meeting of the House of Karnal Municipal Corporation is shown.
- Since then, the Chief Minister has visited the city three times. A meeting of another corporation house has been done. But there is no update on the municipal smart city app for that.
- The section on the app should contain information about the events occurring in the city. But there comes a “no event found” message. Perhaps the Municipal Corporation- MC Karnal has slept after launching the app.
- A section has been created for complaints in this app. Where the complainant can trace his complaint. All sections are currently empty here. Are there no complaints in the municipal corporation?
- In the app, the news feed section has been given to give information on the latest news to the city’s longs.
- Surprisingly, the Karnal Nagar Nigam did not try to update the news feed section once even after launching it by the chief minister.
- On the other hand, Google’s temperature and Karnal Smart City app’s temperature show a difference of 10 degrees Celsius.
- Surprisingly, municipal corporations are shedding money like water. But not showing any awareness of running them correctly and smoothly.
Deposit MC Karnal Property Tax via Using Paytm App Now
- There is good news for the people who are paying their property taxes every year in the municipal corporation. Taxpayers can pay the amount of karnal property tax through Paytm now.
- The payment service is now available through the Paytm app. Time will be saved from Paytm and will not need to be in line. The arrangement will be such that there will be no obstacles during the holidays. This will also get rid of tension due to lack of money in the pocket.
- The Karnal Nagar Nigam has taken this step to promote cashless arrangements. According to the data, about 50 percent of the transactions in the municipal corporation are being cashless after the demonetization and this is a good sign.

MC Karnal Property Tax Payment Through Paytm App Process
MC Karnal Property Tax payment by using the Paytm app is very simple.
- Go to the Google Play Store download the Paytm app and open it.
- Click on municipal “Payment” in the options section.
- You can search your property tax due amount by entering your tax ID, name, email, and contact number. After this, select the payment option on the Paytm app.
- If there is already an amount available in the Paytm account then the amount will be deposited in the favour of Karnal Municipal Corporation.
- If there is no money in this account, you can pay your tax by visiting Paytm on your bank’s site and by entering your credit, debit, or net banking username and password, transfer your money to Paytm.
